Confused contract customer - Vodacom

Hi everyone,

It's that time again when I sadly have to write a thumbs down review for a company - Vodacom.

I had written about how I was being charged mysterious amounts on my contract with them and in March 2017, I my accounts were suspended. After not getting any answers about this mysterious price I became a magnanimous, albeit very upset customer and decided to make a payment plan over 3 months. i have been emailing vcontractor for the past threee months to sort this payment plan out but they have not responded to me.

Yesterday I receive a final demand letter from Vodacom to pay R7400 or there about or face consequences.

I'm no legal mind here, but I have made efforts with the people i emailed to make payments which were ignored. What must i do in this situation, because I have been given no guidance or is this how Vodacom acts so that they get more money from their customers?
