Confused and Sad

Hoping that someone can clarify how my 3 upgrades were returned as client does not want the order when I was never contacted about my upgrade. On 29 & 30 August we upgraded 3 of our Vodacom phones on line, once done we received the following order numbers via email: ***, ***, ***, and this was the last communication we received with regards to our upgrade. by the 2 Aug when no other feed back was received - like a tracking number, we called in to find out what happened, and was told that the courier company has taken the phones back, as client rejected the phone. how can we reject if we were never called, emailed or contacted in any form, HOW CAN THE COURIER COMPANY DO THIS, ITS JUST SAD AND BAD SERVICE. WHY were we not contacted or emailed tracking number.

My question is what is being done to the poor service by the courier company and more importantly when can I get my 3 phones. please also let ,me know if all phones are in stock. Hoping to get by this Wednesday.

Hi
Please note that i have already spoke to 2 off your customer service agents over the weekend, so hopefully who you get to contact me will do so to tell me the phones are on the way. mostly i hope they contact me ASAP, we have been waiting for over a week.

From previous queries the following tracking numbers were given: K*** and K***. Hope this will help speed up the phone recovery process. Instead of the customer having to wait for Vodacom to locate the parcels due to the not so efficient delivery company, replacement phones should be dispatched for delivery.

Good Day
With in hope to help Vodacom, I contacted RAM and the problem is not with RAM, its with VODACOM, the contact info given to RAM was not correct. Cell number ***, was given for both parcels. This number belongs to a stranger who didn't even upgrade. Vodacom supposed to be a leader in their field off business, mistakes like this should never happen. but discipline should be taken.
Question now is which competent person will be contacting me.

Good Day
With regards to my complaint, It will be my honor to give a massive shout out and thank you to Androna from the admin department in Durban. This friendly, helpful lady just called to tell me that one of my phones that I upgraded to was not in stock. I then explained to her my problem and without hesitating, she took it onto herself to assist me, all this while I was still waiting for someone to call me with regards to my Hellopeter query. Androna thank you for all your assistance and guidance, if not for you, I will still be waiting for feedback. 2 out of 3 upgrades are sorted and confident that the 3rd will also be sorted shortly.. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The matter been escalated numerous times, but still have to wait and wait and wait.
