Confused and Dishonest staff at Vodacom Cornubia

Poor service from Vodacom store in Cornubia Durban.

I went through to purchase a prepaid sim card and was instead sold a LTE data sim card for R49. (2gb + 2gb)

Also only noticed the staff dishonesty after leaving the store and looking at the receipt. I had paid R50 for the R49 sim card and given no change yet the till slip showed I had tendered R49.

Now I have a useless LTE sim card that says I'm not authorized to use this service when trying to make a call. Call rates extremely high due to it being a LTE sim. Overall not happy with the experience and service recieved from this store and do not recommend it to anyone.
