CONFUSED

So mid July i received a call from Lerato from afrizone offering me a contract with vodacom told me they wont debit my account i have to pay my contract to any vodacom shop if i want to pay through debit i must call and set it up initially my contract was 370 first i was not told when i should start paying i didn't set up any debit order then i get a text telling me am owing 670 am puzzled as i know i will have to pay 370 when i phone i cant get through now am owing close to a thousand and it's not even a month having this contract
