***** confirmed...now what?

An unauthorised vodacom data-sim contract was opened in my name. I logged with Vodacom and they confirmed it was *****ulent and closed the account. But no other feedback, or next steps is forthcoming. I tried calling, but are told the ***** team doesnt have phones and there is no way to speak to someone. I need to understand the process followed to open this account. What information of mine was shared and how? Is there any next steps being taken to identify the person? I need to understand how this happened in order to safeguard myself against this information being used to open another account. I would like to see the support that was supp**** for this opening as well as understand which contact details was used. If this is someone in my immediate space, then I need to know.

Dear Vodacom,

The response received only addressed a portion of my queries. It only addressed the question on Identity, but not the debit order info. I still need to know how/what banking information was used to get approval for a debit order to be processed.
