Confirmation Department SUCS!!
I have NEVER, EVER received such BAD service from Vodacom. The upgrades department and after sales are great, but when it comes to the confirmation of your order, that is where the problem lies. My order was cancelled twice saying they tried to phone me without success which is a TOTAL lei. I did 3 upgrades at the same time. Two of the upgrades was confirmed on the SAME number, which was stange but I thought they will phone me for the other upgrade later. NO CALL RECEIVED, ORDER CANCELLED. Put in another upgrade, NO CALL RECEIVED AGAIN, ORDER CANCELLED. I am so irritated I can scream. Why confirm two but then say cannot get hold of me? BS.

04 Feb 2025, 12:04And it is CANCELLED AGAIN!. Shows you that even the Complaints department's word does not mean ANYTHING!!!!!!. A lady phoned me said she will escalate the matter and will come back to me the afternoon to follow up. Ja ne, no Phone call from her, no phone call from the Confirmation department. She got hold of me the first time, why not again. The same old reply today, it was cancelled, they could not get hold of you!!!!!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE EVERR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS AFTER 27 YEARS BEING THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY ARE COMPLACENT AND DOES NOT CARE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOTHER PHONING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
