Confirmation department can confirm or deliver ord

i placed an online order with vodacom and all other vodacom departments could get hold of my but the online confirmations department who said they dispatched my order to Durban tho i am in Gauteng and in existing client. i ordered a Samsung tablet for my daughters birthday that is tomorrow 30 may 2015 a week ago and when i saw i had no Joy i went to vodacome west gate consultant named Junior seems to be only person in vodacom that is competent.I was sent from pillar to post to cancel online order whom i still suspect will be delivered and billed x3 times.SOMEONE IN VODACOM help if you can hope fully i don't need to send out a smoke signal to get vodacoms attention Thank you Hello peter for always helping me with this *********** organization
