Confirmation call only rang once

I app**** for a contract phone which was approved i received a call from confirmation today but the call only rang once and im still waiting for them to call again please help

Can you please assist me because you call and you drop the call without me even answering it only rings once then you drope. Even the mandate you are sending me is incorrect when i try accepting it fails rhere is no monthly debit showing on my side it weitten zero
