CONDASCENDING CALL CENTRE AGENT

I have called Vodacom on numerous occassions regarding the same issue. my data keeps disappearing. i was assisted efficiently with a smile on previous occassions, however this experience today has left a very bad taste in my mouth. the consultant i spoke to, spoke to me in a condascending tone as if i did not know what i was talking about. She seemed to have an idea of what i needed without me being given a chance to state what i needed. she was rude and oblivious to my problem. My data keeps disappearing, no-one is able to find out why but to tell me i was on the internet. i have not been on the internet, i kept telling her but she TOLD me i was. In my experience, empathy forms part of the role of a customer service agent,unless i am wrong. If Vodacom is unable to assist me with this, please tell me so i can move my network to another service provider.maybe they will care for my business
