Concerning Behavior for Contract Cancellations!!!

Very disappointing experience and concerning behavior from Vodacom. Notification to cancel Vodacom Contract was arranged and discussed well in advance, to my surprise, it seems as the cancellation process was not followed purposely to gain a further debited order amount yet as a client I had honored my obligation to serve sufficient notice not to be in this predicament. I've noticed multiple reports on this platform in this regard, seems to be a pattern unfolding with Vodacom

1. I've spoken to multiple Vodacom employees about the incident mentioning it had been escalated (Managers seem to hide behind their employees and choose not to talk to you) 2. I had been promised multiple times that a credit is due to me 3. endless amounts of calls and emails with still no resolution in sight
