Concern on Employment
To whom it may concern
I raised a concern about a matter and I have been advised that my request has been closed and no one bothered to call me. Is this how you get back to customers. Close Service request without them being actioned. I had no one call and investigate further with me. I only got the below sms.
Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1RFW-3UHX29 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
I raised a concern and will go to Matimba or Shamiel with this issue.
