Concealment of vital information/mis-selling

My son had gone to the vodacom store at gateway theatre of shopping for the Huawei P9 Lite contract on Friday ( 06/01/2017). A sales assistant tried selling him an LG device at which point he asked if it was a dual sim card device. He was told by the lady that it was not and he explained that he needed a dual simcard device as his other phone was lost and he is still paying for the contract and the number is in use. The sales lady went on to sell us the huawei device (which he owned preciously as a dual simcard device) without telling us that all vodacom handsets are single sim (news to me). Apon opening the device earlier today we discovered that the handset is a single sim card device. When we called the store to query the matter we were informed that vodacom devices are single sim. Apon going to the store and speaking to the sales lady we were told that there was nothing that could be done and that there is no cooling off period. We purchased the contract and the handset under the impression that it was a dual sim device at no point were we advised differently. Despite knowing what was required vital information was concealed to ensure a sale. Surely such practice is *********, unjust and *******. As a consumer we are entitled to have the facts declared and we should be entitled to a contract cooling off period. I'm highly dissapointed and dissatisfied with the level of service we have received and need this matter resolved.

Thank you for your response however it is almost 48hrs since my issue was raised and today is day 5 since the contract was issued and I have recieved no further contact from any advisor's of your company. I need this issue resolved at the soonest and if it cannot be resolved amicably then it will need to be escalated to a higher department. Such Business practice surely violates çonsumer rights.
