Compromised information

Phone was ******, i attempted to call vodacom and block it so i can get the itc number required for affidavit as well as insurance claim. Its been three days since 11-01-2023 and speaking to countless consultants that have failed to block my sim and phone. Now I'm worried about my confidential information in my phone because it is unblocked and any one will be privy to it. Three days later i still dont have the itc number and no-one seems to concern themselves with the urgency of it all. I'm really disappointed with vodacom and plan to take this matter further to the ombuds which they couldn't even advise me. They don't have a clue as to who their reporting body is. There isn't even a reference number provided with alk this endless calls and system stories.
