Compliments to Wardah Kannemeyer

Yesterday I put on a review for bad service received from Vodacom for the past 3 months and I was about ready to blow a gasket and within the hour a lady called Wardah Kannemeyer called to assist with my complaint. Firstly I have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH just for understanding the nature of my entire situation and for handing it with such empathy.

She has most certainly gone out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer and followed up the next morning to make sure everything has gone according to plan.

Vodacom you are indeed luck to have this women on your team. Please do treasure her.

Thanks to her I am a Happy chappy and do have some hope for Vodacom:-)
