Compliments to Owam / Warona

<p> To whom it may </p> <p> </p> <p>I just got a service from Owam/Warona with something i have historically struggled with, sim swap!</p> <p>I lose, or get ****** at least twice a year and i have changed my number each time. I excuse this, by saying i have no record of at least 5 last contacted cellphone numbers.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was friendly :)</p> <p>Laughed at my comical reaction</p> <p>She made a funny. but revelant joke</p> <p> </p> <p>This set the tone of the call to a spectacular level of energy, and cemented the flow of the conversation.</p> <p> </p> <p>She is professional, and that i noted by her not diverting into vernacular which i was conciously trying to do :) lol.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call was all round pleasant, and i advise to be consistent by reading the clients well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so glad i didnt talk to a robot... </p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway thanks to her for not asking me that 5 contacted numbers question, and making sure the security questions are accurately answer.
