A shout out to a diligent,kind and compassionate customer care agent. I was so frustrated after being send from pillar to post by Vodacom and Vodasure agents...until this kind soul answered my call. She apologized for her colleagues ignorance and carelessness and went more than the extra mile to help solve the problem. Thank you so much Ms NDIVHUWO KWINDA .
