Compliment to Vodacom customer care consultant TK.
With the experience I got from one of the Vodacom consultant whilst performing a Sim swap it was so outstanding assistance I ever experienced ever since I started using Vodacom, I still remember her name and I just wish she could be promoted or awarded for her best customer service. Very kind and calm, her timing is so marvelous. I will reveal her name should you wish to know her. I wish all consultants could be trained to such level and be human and kind. Thank You.
