A very big Thank You goes out to Bashir Osman at Vodacom Bluff branch, Hillside Mall in Durban for providing exceptional service.

I was unfortunately going through a very bad experience with Vodacom for months, which caused me to become a very irate customer. I had to liaise with different staff from different departments and I was becoming more and more fed up each day.

After explaining my problem to Bashir, he stepped in immediately with a very positive and professional attitude.

The manner in which Bashir approached the problem certainly stood out. I was very pleased with the efforts he had put in. He did everything he could to assist. He kept me updated and also followed up with me until the matter was finally resolved.
