Compliment for Koketso Nyamande
I would like to compliment Koketso Nyamande from Vodacom for resolving my query. All other staff members promised to call me back once they get feedback on my query but to date no-one has made contact with me. I decided to call the call centre again and spoke to Koketso who simply reinstated my debit order. Something so simple that no-one could help me with.
Thank you Koketso!! Vodacom needs more people like you, WHO ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING :)
