I called vodacom on Monday the 11th,i was assisted by A gentleman by the name of Samkelo from cancellation.,woow he gave me an outstanding customer service, he was patient and clear. He is most definitely a keeper and his level of communication is out of this world.

What I loved the most is I called vodacom again today, the 13th, I was assisted by the other gentleman, I ddnt get his name but he was also amaaazing... Keep those guys. After a call, Samkelo called back to check if I understood everything he explained on the 11th and if there is anything he can assist me with.
