Compliant

On the 24th of October I took out an additional contract phone with Vodacom online. Till this day I have not received the device. When I call to find out why, they tell me that truck that was supposed to deliver my device from the courier company got hijacked. And that the courier company had to oppen up.a case first befor3 vodacom can dispatch another device to be delivered. They told me that it will take 7days, they will give me feedback then. I had no problem with that and I waited. But I didn't get any feedback until I called back. They told me that they will escalate and I have to wait another 7 days. I waited and I never got any feedback. Till today I have not received any feedback and now my number has been blocked at Vodacom because I call a lot. I call a lot because I don't get any feedback. And everytime I call, i get a different consultant who then tells me that they will escalate and give me feedback after 7 days. But I never receive any feedback.
