Completly useless

I have a wifi ****le which for the past 2 months, i cant access. Everytime i make contact for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. Now im forced to pay for a service i cant use. If youre late for payment by an hour they can call you a million times but when its time for them to do their part on their end nothing.
