Completely Unreliable

I needed data on my contract sim and loaded 1Gb with the selfhelp service . The money value was deducted from the account but no data loaded. I loaded another 1Gb using cellphone banking . money went off my account and still no data. Then I tried phoning Vodacom call center , that was a waste of time. I let the phone lie on speaker while working for 1hour 25 minutes and did not get any answer . Before any one thinks of getting a Vodacom contract please reconsider . There is one company that is better. Maybe not much but at least you get some sort of service. Vodacom is truly a waste of money.
