Completely Pathetic, Never use Vodacom - Go any but there

My cell phone was ******, I recently upgraded from S8 to the S10 and got an A30 as well. I called in and changed my insurance and now they have ****** the A30 and they say they cover doesn't cover theft. They also say that my S8 is insured still...even though I spoke to them and changed it, So I have been paying for S8 and A30 when I only use the S10 and A30. Both were put onto comprehensive cover but now they asking for the exact date I called in, as I asked them to play the recording the woman Moesha was completely unproffesional, rude and to a degree obnoxious, agruing with me for a date which I can assure no one would remember when they call in, so I said search my number and bring up the calls, no we can't do that. What a load of **** this Vodacom is, I will be cancelling all my contracts and move to a sevice provider that helps and not argues with their customers.
