Vodacom has really gone to the dogs, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Vodacom you should be paying better attention to who you hire in your call centre, they are incredibly rude and incredibly unhelpful. And you ask the most ridiculous security questions that I cant even get into my own account!!! Who remembers what package they on or their account number off by heart, rather ask personal details like all other companies do!!! I will be cancelling my contract asap! How dare you make me out to be a **** because I cant answer your ridiculous questions and you have the audacity to hang up on me when I ask to speak to a manager. Disgusted!
