Completely ignores me and my problem just mailed

I am totaly disgusted with Craigs pathetic service,he says he phones me but the call was blocked by a app,so ive mailed him more than 10 times since Thursday to day call again the first mail was sent with in 5 mins of his mail....its Monday and still no reply
