Completely hopeless service

I got a wifi device on Tuesday which is still not not working. I have been phoning daily just to get the same lame story everytime, the sim needs to be activated and they will do it immediately and it will take 24 hours but alas it has been 5 days and no activation done. It takes me on average an hour and half to get threw everytime and everyday they tell me the same, it will work after 24 hours !!! This is getting ridiculous!!!<br> I have been a vodacom client for years and have never received such bad service ever. <br> <br> What is going on Vodacom?
