Completely false advertising

I had planned to buy a phone from Telkom on the last day of a special but I saw a better offer on Vodacom business and accepted it. I got a confirmation 'thank you for placing your order with us', with a price and offer details (I have email and screenshots) and cancelled the Telkom request. Vodacom then phoned and said it was 'first 150 only' but there was no mention of that ever in my review. Meantime Iost out on the Telkom special. That's infuriating. Don't advertise a deal that doesn't exist and done renege when an offer is accepted and an order placed
