Completely Disgusted in Carmany

<p>Not only did this agent put the call down in my face, she refused to put me through to her supervisor or give me a refence for the call as well. An online order was placed for the Iphone 5s contract for 199p/m for my partner and she refused to listen to us and kept insisting its for the iphone SE after telling her its for the 5s.</p> <p>Please can another agent deal with this. the reference number: ********** 3 this online order was placed before 10am on Wednesday already and we still having issues even after his been approved. To top it off she offered him a J1 ace for the same amount (R199) which doesnt make sense!</p> <p> Vodacom please hire staff thats competent enough!</p> <p>Please dont let me deal with the *********** sales lady Carmeny!</p>
