Complete Incompetence

The absolute worst Service Provider in SA at the moment. You would notice for the past few days your calls cut, dead air on calls, on Monday if you tried to recharge off cellphone banking, online banking and the banking app you couldn’t. To the point where you went back to dark ages and had to find a full point to buy airtime physically because you had an important call to make and even the airtime Over the counter didn’t work. I tried to order a cash device on Vodacom Online last night. After days of out of stock issues on the site. Settled for what I wasn’t looking for and made the purchase. Got a regret email this morning to say unfortunately your order was unsuccessful. Called the numbers on the email “Customer Service” ***4. Got bounced around. Got given the number *** after holding forever and passed to departments that said sorry we can’t help we deal with contracts. Called back and asked for management for told to email ***. Did that. Mail got forwarded to *** who ignored it. I asked for a response and got told well the money is held in your account. REALLY??!! The calibre of this person. No effort no assistance, no courtesy of a response and a blazay it’s in your account. When I work for the same bank and the VODS reference number shows the transaction is successful. Shocking. You now have R15000 cash and voucher and I have no phone. Pathetic. I tell the story to my colleague who says the exact same thing happened 4 months ago. Exactly the same. He went onto the site and used the voucher. Successful. Then got the email I got. Used the same voucher twice. Also said successful. Then an unsuccessful email. They actually delivered both phones from 1 voucher. He is still waiting for RAM to collect the second phone which he never should’ve got up until today. Sitting in a box waiting to Vodacom to collect it. From my mouth to Gods ears. Can someone with some common sense and logic call me and either give me the phone or my money back Fu@*%tards. If there was an option to rate less than one star. You would nail it!
