Complete Incompetence

I upgraded my contract in May 2016, along with a transfer of ownership from my fathers name to mine. In June my number's account went off on my father's bank account. This is where it started! I contacted them on 2Jun to rectify this error. All of a sudden they found all the paperwork, apologised, and uploaded all my details. A few days later I received an sms saying my debit order date was changed and the next morning my May Debit order went off AGAIN! From my bank account. It obviously bounced, because I had paid this money to my father. Because he had already paid it. Since then it has been endless phone calls and screaming and frustration! Faxes and emails and more phone calls! At one point they had all my paperwork, then they had my bank details, but not my ID number! It took me 2 trips to a store just to get it fixed fromnthe HQ side. This meant I couldn't get the account fixed, until HQ could fix my ID number! Seeing as the same May amount kept going off on my bank account every month, WITH a R100 penalty, for it bouncing. This is besides the penalties my bank deducts for every time their mistake bounces! Which happened every month, because I was told every time I phoned that there is no arrears, no big amount loaded. NOTHING! So I only put my current account amount in my bank account. Finally in the last week of August, I received a call from Vodacom saying that they apologise for all the inconvenience, they can now see (after months of sending the same proof of payment) that it was there mistake! They will immediately stop the now almost R1400 debit order and all I need to do is go in to a Vodacom Store and pay the account of R468. This was more than acceptable. But then...... My September debit orders went off and guess what..... Vodacom decided to run a R470 debit order 3 times!!!!! Taking R1400 from my account anyway and leaving me with -R100 in my account! No food or petrol money for the month!!! I am so sick of Vodacom's COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!!!! I would never recommend anyone to get a Vodacom account!! And will change my account the first chance I get!
