Complaints not dealt with by customer service_disgusting service
<p>I did an upgrade and my new package was instituted incorrectly and not as per my request. Ive called into customer srvice and the store in qustion totalling over 20 times. I have various ref numbers but no feedback nor resolution. Now suddenly I get a sms saying my query is closed, how the hell when it wasnt dealt with nor feedback given to me. VODACOM is this how you treat a loyal customer of over 10years that spends a couple a thousand a month with you????</p>

So 2days pass and someone calls from vodacom but not to help sort my problem, instead to bribe me with another device. I get a work call so asked the guy to hold while I answer my other call then I see he cut my call. REALLY NOW VODACOM CAN YOU PEOPLE SHOW ME AS A CUSTOMER ANY MORE PATHETIC SERVICE THAN YOUVE ALREADY DONE???? This site need a negative star rating.
