complaint to sales department Fals adverti*****t and bad costumer service

<p> My application kept giving stories that they have not received any thing, my case was escalated, and we’ll let just say here i am again. No phone, no feedback NADA. i though let me try vodacom a better company , we’ll let just say i am not even a costumer yet and i already have a bad experience and do not want to go any further with this can kind of customer care , it’s a waste of my valuable time and money . They can keep their dump phone. i now have already have a new phone with a company who does not beet around the bush . VODACOM i can only say on to you for shame!!! i will never recommend this network to anyone. Thanks for letting me feel like an un welcome person in South Africa. I can only say have a clean check of these people reviewing application because your staff do not give feedback, they lei, and deceive. I called the helpdesk and one of the agent of Thobani asked to personally send him all my docs he is going submit them and make s**** nothing is missing, he did so and the following they when he called the review department they had the nerve to tell him Sorry but the client has not submitted any supporting document, when he confronted them with the fact that he himself loaded them up in the system the Story changed to no Actually we are doing a credit check. I am not made.
