Complaint Regarding Undisclosed Conditions on Huawei Pura 80 Pro Contract

Vodacom contract for a Huawei Pura 80 Pro, which is advertised as including a free watch. After signing the agreement and receiving the phone, Vodacom informed me that the watch cannot be provided because my credit score is insufficient. This condition was not mentioned during the sale, and I was led to believe the watch was guaranteed. The phone bought on the 15/11/2025 has no simcard, no insurance because I was told wait for the watch to come back.
