Complaint regarding poor customer service from Vodacom fibre technicians in Evander

Formal Complain about poor service I have experiencing with my fiber Connection. Every time the fiber Connection goes down, the technical team around my area Evander provides misleading information to customers. SMS Notifications are repeatedly sent confirming that the issue has been resolved, while in reality the connection remains down.

This has become a recurring issue and is extremely frustrating, as it creates false expectations.

Vodacom please investigate this matter urgently
