Complaint on Vodacom service
Vodacom have got the worst service ever. I upgraded my phone a week ago, still no device. I have been phoning every day since this upgrade was done still no answers or device. Cannot believe that their service is so pathetic. Tjey advertise 3 to 5 working days, but they don't deliver. Evey time I phone I just het " I am so sorry" from the agent. Noy acceptable!!!
