COMPLAINT ON VODACOM

Your vincent outlet in East London has the worst customer service, faces behavioural challenges from staff who feel entitled & speak whichever way possible with your clients. Staff member seems to mine customers waiting 30-45 min for service.

Two weeks back I had done an insurance claim with this outlet, I received no feedback (as promised after 2-3 working days) as a result last week, i had to call your customer care- which then informed me that my application was successful.

After consultations with Matthew from the outlet, he informed me that the phone should be in on by Friday last week- I then informed him that I would come this week due to even pay the 15% access. I came in and without sincerity informed me that they don't have stock and I should wait for Thursday (25th March).

I found it difficult to understand how this was not communicated to me prior and how i keep getting different communication from Matthew each and every time without any accountability or remorse. I have paid my access fee without getting any phone, and noting the lockdown.

I have just called in at the office in vincent, with regards to receiving my phone. Now Matthew is informing me that their stock is delayed & refuses for me to speak to management. You realise we are on lock down & phone was due last wee****

How am I suffering for incompetency. I am disheartened and wish to cancel my contract with you guys instantly. You have no customer service whatsoever and take for granted your customers.

How do you contact me via Whatsapp when I don't have the same phone that I am complaining about? Ridiculous
