Complaint number 2

FEEDBACK AFTER MY INITIAL COMPLAINT WITH VODACOM
So a consultant contacted me about days after my post and promised me that he would sort out my problem. I thought it was the end to my nightmare but it was not.
The person I spoke to emailed me a breakdown of my data usage and the areas where my data was eaten away was highlighted but I can still not see what the data is being used for so I have no solution.
I was also informed on the email to switch to a different contract so I can manage my data better by being on a pay as you go contract as soon as my data runs out but that does not solve the problem because as soon as I buy data it will ALSO JUST BE EATEN UP.
I have no contact details for this person who promised to help me. The email was sent from ********** which I have rep**** to twice and no luck?? The number he phoned from is also a number that I can not phone on (assuming it is an internal Vodacom number).

So far this month I have only used something like 20MB of data and I am starting to panic because no one is helping me YET AGAIN and around the 27th of August all my data is going to disappear AGAIN.

This is just a horrible and stressful experience!!!

BELOW IS MY FIRST POST ON HELLO PETER – 4 AUGUST 2016
To whom it may concern,
I am not one who usually complains, but I can’t handle this anymore.
I have been experiencing a problem where my data runs out on my phone without any explanation. This usually happens around the 27th of each month and I go from 150MB to 0MB in a question of minutes. I only use whats app and don’t access the internet from my phone and don’t use Facebook either. Then within one day I am charged between R200-R300 for data?
I have logged 3 complaints with customer care and no one has come back to me. I was first told it would take a few days, then 15 working days and now 20 working days. In the meanwhile the problem persists and I am being charged for something I am not using.
I have even been to a Vodacom shop where the manager thoroughly checked my phone to see if something was eating away at my data and nothing was found. He said that they also have problems with the customer care themselves, so how does Vodacom expect us to have faith in the service they provide? My data usage has been fine for months and now it happens out of the blue for a few months.
The past month (while waiting for Vodacom to phone me back), I purchased data just after I received a message that it ran out to ensure that I can monitor how much I have and that no "unnoticed data" is used. I was still charged over R230 for data and the new purchased data remained on my phone (I checked by dialing *111#). How is this possible???
I am very stressed regarding this matter as I am unemployed and my husband has been retrenched. I am anxious every month to see my phone bill and we cant afford the extra funds that is taken off my bank account.
