Complaint not resolved

I don't know where to start however if customer service had to choose a company to represent them to the world Vodacom would be last in the line. The Managers, team leaders and last but not least agents are useless.

I have a complaint open with them since February 2024 and yet it is still not resolved. I assume I would have to work there to solve my issue, yet they are praising there old building opening. Completely a **** company.
