Complaint logged but nobody cares

I lodged a complaint exactly a week ago. I got a condescending auto reply from Vodacom saying somebody will contact me however to date nobody has called or emailed me <br> <br> This is truly pathetic service from Vodacom. <br> <br> My alternative number is *** or ***
