Complaint - Laptop/ Windows 10

I was contacted by Vodacom's rewards company recently to offer me a laptop including Windows10 on my router contract. When I received the laptop , I only received a trial for Windows 10. I have raised this with the Red Crew team on numerous occassions as well as the rewards company to no avail. They have not been able to resolve my query for over a week now. I am dissapointed in Vodacom and will certainly not recommend them to family or friends.

This is not how you handle a loyal consumer.
