Disgusting service from vodacom fibre department I called last week to do the relocation of my fibre filled out the forms send it to them every day I've been calling to find out on the process the said they still busy with it I called again on Friday to find out what is going on they lady advised me that they loaded the service request incorrectly really guys how stupid can you be it doesn't have a rocket scientist to load a proper service request the lady I spoke to on Friday advised me that she loaded it properly again and she advised me that she will give me 20gig of data so that my kids can do there homework and I should get it by Saturday in Sunday night still noting I called again Sunday spoke to lerato she advised me she will sort it out and get back to me it is now Sunday night 8.00 still no call from vodacom you guys are quick to take a person's money but dont deliver on you promise and don't keep to your word but miss a payment and see how quick vodacom calls you.
