Complaint - cannot get hold of their customer service department at all!!!
Complaint How on earth does one get hold of Vodacom Customer Care. I have phoned their number several times, and they keep on cutting their calls. Not to even speak about their pathetic chat option, they do not even bother to respond, then cut the chat without helping at all! This is really poor service delivery. You are loosing so many customers due to this!

I have now e-mailed you, send a message on FB, used your stupid WA bot (it really is useless, I can send you the screenshots), I have tried the chat option and to phoned you. SEVERAL TIMES1 This is beyond ridiculous. I need someone to phone me now. How is anyone supposed to make contact with you, if you are not reachable?
