Complaint about Vodacom for putting my name at credit bureau

VODACOM IS SO PATHETIC Please guys I am stucked here, VODACOM put my name on a mud. Please assist me to lodge this complaint I am so disappointed by Vodacom after being 8 years loyal customer to them they put my name under credit bureau for so called late payment, and I do not owe anything to them. I have been going back and forth between agents but they deny providing me with a letter that states that I don't owe anything so that I can clear my name at credit bureau.
