Complaint about service from Vodacom

I am very uspet with vodacom service they are *********** of keeping their word and just add stuff to my account were i shoud fixed contracts and the amounts should not differ for more than a year i have been trying to get statements but with no sucess. After a few attempts trying to get my account reduced i ended up paying more that what the people said. I still tried with a gentleman called Tashrique at reductions department but even nothing he promised that my account will be 2656 from june not a sent more and at the end of june it was 3580 I phone him and he could not explain this but will get me a detailed statment.. To date I had no phone call from him and no statement. How can they just get off with this i will never aigain recomend vodacom to anyone
