COMPLAINT ABOUT POOR SERVICE

i dont even know where to start but that im highly disappointed in Vodacom call centre and Vodacom shop in Potchefstroom<br> ive been struggling since the 30th November to get matter resolved and still no outcome.. they have been sending me from one departement to another and no one can assist. the best of all is that my number is a valid rica number under my name bit vodacom allowed a divert to come trough to my number amd now they cant cancel it. ive made an avadavit and have a case number and i promise i wont leave it at that. poor poor service and i wont recommend anyone to take up a vodacom because promises that is made was not met by them
