Complaint

I would like to complain about vodacom,they gave me a contract and they did nodeduct the money from a bank like they said after 2months they stopped the data still they did not contact me n tell me why they did not deduct as we agreed on , today i got an sms saying they have handed me to the lawyers because i did not pay,i never recieved an invoice nor a call from then,how can they hand me over to lawyers without calling me n seeing if am gonna pay or not, n how do i owe over a thousand but they gave me data for 2months,why are they messing up my credit record without calling .sincerely hp xego, email address (***
