Complaint
Been struggling for the past 3 x days without internet connection. I've made numerous calls to Vodacom without any resolution and all the qgents I spoke with can't resolve the issue. They keep saying they will call me back in an hour and none of them honour that promise. If possible I would like a contact from the one gentlemen who assisted me the first time (Jan 2023) in connecting to my modem as he seems to be the only person who resolved my issue within 5 minutes and knows what to do.

1 x call attempt was made over an hour ago when I was on another important call which I couldn't drop and that was the end.
Another hour and a half has now went by and nobody has called.
