Complaint

I was pre-approved for a laptop deal by ELITE MOBILE under Vodacom.we went through the application process and everything was done then later they told me it declined.then there was a value added service that was part of the deal amounts to R179 that was deducted from my bank account by ELITE MOBILE.i tried to claim the money back but they say I can't get as it was value added.i feel it is unfair as I do not owe them anything as the application declined.i have never used any of their services.please help
