Good day

I have been harassed by phone calls from MBD since August this year, stating that I'm owing a Vodacom account that I know nothing about. I told them I've never used a Vodacom account /opened a contract with Vodacom. Today I was checking my credit profile on clear score, found out that they have added the "account" on my profile and it says I opened the account in April this year of which I didn't. Please assist in what can I do because I'm not going pay any to Vodacom, I want them to remove that account or my credit profile
